Welcome to MONTAGUT official application, which will be abbreviated to MONTAGUT APP in this Privacy Statement. The Privacy Statement is our commitment to protect the privacy of visitors, and it explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that relating to customers’ privacy. In order to provide excellent and overall service, all information give will be used for APP service and related e-mail sending as agreed. You should read and agree to the Privacy Statement before you access to our service. As the service range of MONTAGUT APP is expanding, and we will amend and update Privacy Statement from time to time. Please note that it will be defined that you authorize us to use and declare your personal information according to the Privacy Statement, if you accept the service agreement of MONTAGUT APP. If you do not agree to the Privacy Statement, you cannot access or use the Service.
2. Personal Information
Users agree to：
(1)Provide in time, detailed and accurate personal information.
(2)Receive terms of use, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications from MONTAGUT APP.
(3)Update your register information by meeting the requirements of a timely, detailed and accurate information.
(4)MONTAGUT APP will not disclose users’ name, address, email and account name in a public accept of following situation:
(a)Users authorized us to publish the information.
(b)The related regulation and legal procedure require us to provide user’s personal information. Moreover, if user provides incorrect information, we remain the right to terminate user from using MONTAGUT APP.
3. SECURITY
With user's consent, the APP will send e-mails to the appointed email address. The Users should register the MONTAGUT APP with a stable and secure email address and agree to receive all terms of use, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications. If users fail to receive email as a result of its own reasons, once we send out the email, it will be regarded that you have already read and know the content. The delivery time will deem to be the time in the mail server record.
4. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve right to amend terms when it is necessary. The modification will be published in important page once modified. If the User refuses to agree with the amended information, the User can cancel the MONTAGUT APP service. Continued use of the APP following the posting of these changes or modification will constitute user’s acceptance of such changes or modifications with concrete actions.
5. POLICY OF USER PRIVACY
It is one of MONTAGUT APP’s key policies to respect the privacy of users. We will not public, edit or expose registered information and saved unpublished content in MONTAGUT APP, only if the APP reports to the related departments according to Chinese law and provides information which is of public concern to government at the request of the government.
6. THE SECURITY OF USER’S ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
Once you are registered to be a user, you will have an account which includes an unique username and a password to access the service and to receive messages from the MONTAGUT APP. You should keep your account and password for security purpose, and you are fully responsible for any liability, loss, or damage arising out of the unauthorized use of your member name, password and/or account.
7. NO WARRANTIES
Users clearly agree that users will bear the risk of using information services. The MONTAGUT APP does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted. Moreover, Timeliness of the service, security, absence of errors is not guaranteed, but we will put all efforts to avoid mistakes.
8. NO LIABLITY
The MONTAGUT APP does not take responsibility, moreover, assumes no liability for any user content that you/any other user/ third party posts or sends over the service. We will not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s reliance on information or other content posted on the service, or transmitted to users.
9. INFORMATION STORAGE AND RESTRICTION
The MONTAGUT APP have the right to determine if the user's behavior is consistent with Chinese law and the requirement of APP terms of service, if the user violates Chinese law or the MONTAGUT APP’s terms of service, the application has the right to terminate the user of service account.
10. SPECIAL PRECAUTION FOR MINORS
The user must be at least 18 years old. If the User is under the age of 18, The User should review these Terms with User’s parent or guardian to make sure the User and User’s parent or guardian understand them. The User must visit the MONTAGUT APP under the supervision of User’s parent or guardian.
