Terms and Conditions
1．MANAGEMENT OF THE USER
The Users of MONTAGUT APPLICATION (APP) promise:
(1) Does not use the MONTAGUT APP service for any illegal purpose or illegal activities;
(2) Do not interrupt and mess up the service of the MONTAGUT APP.
(3) Comply with all agreements, rules, procedures and practices for the use of services. The user's code of conduct is based on Internet regulations, policies, procedures, and practices.
2．INTEREST PROTECTION
The user agrees to protect the interests of the MONTAGUT APPLICATION (APP) and all the members of this site, the payment beyond the scope of services caused by the attorney's fees, in violation of the terms of service of damage compensation costs, other users of computers, account numbers and other intellectual property rights recourse fee.
3．TERMINATION
Users can terminate service of the MONTAGUT APP at any time according to the actual situation of one or more services. The MONTAGUT APP does not need to be responsible for any person or third party to suspend service at any time. If the user does not agree with any of the terms of the service or the terms of the proposed amendment to the objection, or the service of this site dissatisfaction, the user can exercise the following rights:
(1) Terminate the MONTAGUT APP.
(2) Inform us to terminate the service.
After terminate the service of user, the right for using the MONTAGUT APP is immediately suspended. Since then, the user has no right, the MONTAGUT APP is not obliged to send any pending information or not complete the service to the user or the third party.
4.INFORMATION STORAGE AND RESTRICTION
The MONTAGUT APP reserve the right to determine if the user's behavior is consistent with the requirement of APP terms of service, if the user violates Chinese law or the MONTAGUT APP’s terms of service, the application has the right to terminate the user of service account.
5.GOVERNING LAW, DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of China. Any dispute, controversy or claim relating to the MONTAGUT APP program or any terms and conditions or privacy policy now or hereafter governing or applicable to such program shall be settled through friendly consolations between the parties to such dispute, controversy or claim. If settlement is not reached within thirty (30) days after a party’s initial request to resolve through legal procedure (China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission).
